I already feel the emptiness of the space she used to fill in my life. I have
asked for prayers from a group I belong to. I know Renee appreciated these in
the past... perhaps if anyone else belongs to a prayer group you can also ask

I make mine with red cayenne peppers [I sometimes throw in some orange habanero
peppers] and apple cider vinegar...put it all in a blender and put it on
liquify then add a bit of DMSO after it's all mixed up. I then put it in the
back of my pantry where it's dark and let it stay

Thanks! After having toured Avery Island, home of Tabasco sauce, I'm wondering
if Tabasco would function the same way. I acquired quite a taste for it while
in LA. They gave out tiny sample bottles, too, which would be great to have in
purse or pocket for emergency heart events.
