Actually my experience does not bear this out. I use ~10 ppm and I drink at least a cup a day, divided into 3-4 gulps. If there is something going around or if I feel off I increase this up to a quart a day or more. If I stick at my maintenance dose when I start to feel yucky or fatigued I
