couple of Celery stalks and a little water in a blendor to make a slurry and

MSM seems to help me when I get occasional flareups. How much do you
take? I mix a powdered form in water and takes several grams a day when I
take it.
Some here will recommend Brooks' CMO treatment, I tried it and it did not
help me at all.

I have seen CS help several issues it technically should not be able
to help. This leads me to think that bacterial or viral infections even
if very mild may be involved at least secondarily in many conditions.

I keep memos/word documents in my files listing the urls of things I
want to remember and to go back to at times in the future. I just copy
the url and put it in a word document, give it a title that lets me
