Evening Ruth, I used to think that they should be even up as to amount of each. I wonder where you got that information? For near 50 years, my idea is 1/2 as much magnesium as calcium. The old standard was 1500 mg Ca and 750 mg Magnesium. I see a lot of different number around today.
