Ran that dpkg -s libmm11. and it said it started.
The I uncommented the LoadModule php4_module

stopped apache, tried to restart it and it failed.
This was the apache error log:

A couple of people asked about the Doom guy up in the corner of the
screen during Jeff's forum demo, so I thought I may as well post links
here.
The application is called GKrellM (1), and is basically a bunch of
system monitors. It's themable, and uses plugins to monitor pretty much
anything

I'm guessing this means it's already installed?
try dpkg -l libmm11 and make sure it says something like
ii libmm1 version description
^ the ii means it's installed.

Try the linuxcare toolbox CD. You can download an image from the web. I
think it's around 50MB.
Does anyone know if it's been updated past the 2.0.36(?) kernel that was
on it last time I looked?
If so, what kernel is on it now?

Using wget shows somewhere around 5.5 K/s. Is this more or less what

Well, 56k bps = 56 * 1000 bits per second
56000 bps/ 8 = 7000 bps
7000 bytes / 1024 bytes (1kB)= 6.8 kB/s
Shouldn't it be 56000 bps /10 = 5600 bytes/sec. (allowing for start and
stop bits)?
Everybody forgets about them.

If ADSL works on your line, I'd price it against a Telstra permanent
modem dial up. 512/128 has to beat a modem.

Hi,
I have a small LRP disk that claims to be organised as a Debian
system. Where would I put a line to change (on bootup) the settings on
one of the serial ports?
Thanks for Debian help (from a long-time RH user).
Cheers,

Hello,
I've just upgraded from Debian 'potato' to 3.0 'woody'. Much to my
disappointment, I found that my old keyboard macros in XEmacs no longer
worked properly. I got results like the following:

upS-inserthomedown
Here's a fix that I found with some google research. It
