The counting around that time (which is when I first picked it up 2pm
Eastern = ~ 6pm zulu) was definitely synthesized male. It actually
started with a synthesized female counting first 1-0, then 1-10.

I've recorded a confirmed female voice counting 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0
and 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
as well as music. male voice counting 1-10, normal

At 2030 there was some morse coming in with a lower tone that sounds
third party... not UVB-76. It was also coming in over top of the
higher pitched morse tone that's coming from UVB-76. Maybe a pirate
or ham

This morning UVB-76 The Buzzer went off the air at about 4:00UTC
Instead is now being broadcast morse code question mark (. . - - . .)
over and over again, and sporadically the familiar buzzer re-appears.
