Brian look back at the archives, in 13R there are situations where full
attic systems are required. It has to do with the building code, and
separations in the attic to sub divide the space at all hall and party
walls. If you only do the 3000 or 6000 Sf smoke partitions you'll end up
with the attic

Oregon does not require special licensing for forward flow testing.
I think Doug was referring to backflow testing, not forward flow testing.
However, NFPA 25 does require a backflow function test after the forward
flow test is completed.
