The NASS Repository CD contains a large amount of
info on dialing. One of the ongoing projects for updates to the CD is the
addition of more and more U.S. sundial-related patents. The latest version
of the CD has the full documents for 100 patents since 1952. Many

The Homan sundial was also patented in the U.S.: Patent # 946,223 issued on
11 Jan. 1910. I have a copy of the patent papers in a 320Kb pdf file which
