I have one profile 111.default and a tree of folders
222.default which is a renamed profile structure from
elsewhere.
I would like to import/merge 222.default into 111.default.
What is the proper, easiest, way of doing this?

I can find nowhere in Seamonkey how often the email inbox is updated, or
even if the user can influence this at all, e.g. by setting updates to be
checked every 15 or 30 minutes. Can someone please enlighten me?
