I went to http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/ to see
if SeaMonkey had been updated (since my checking for updates still does
not work) and found an empty directory -- no releases sub-directory like
firefox and thunderbird.

Seeing the postings about SM 2.13.1, I did an update check with my
