Vulnerability (CVE-2015-4517) recurs in Seamonkey 2.35

-4517）appeared in the version 2.35 of Seamonkey. I'm just wondering if this means that the vulnerability of Firefox （CVE-2015-4517）recur in Seamonkey 2.35. If not, is it fixed in another way? Thanks for your time, I'll appreciate it very much if you can give an answer
