12.3.1a seems to have a bug.
Here the details: in our setup (IOS 12.3.1a terminating ADSL L2TP tunnels, with 2
loopback interfaces), after an unspecified period of time, the loopback interfaces

Well, so far 12.2(11)T9 is running fine here, no accounting or lost-loopback bugs. But
it's only been for 4 hours now :)
