I typically press c to get to the combo box. Then, I press
control-alt-a to turn off browse mode.
After that, I press alt-up arrow before arrowing through the selections
because if I don't, some web pages will automatically turn browse mode
back on after the first time I press one of the arrow

I just had a brain freeze. I did it yesterday, but now for the life of me I
can't remember the key stroke. Could someone please tell me how to open a
combo box on Amazon? I am using not the latest version of We, but the one

I suppose so. LOL. This is a new machine I'm using, new to me at any rate.
It's had Windows 10 on it for at least the last few months but only had
Window-Eyes installed for a couple weeks.

I think what you want is
Diagnostics.
It is in your list of running apps
Just press alt from the Window-Eyes control panel and right arrow to apps.
Down arrow to
Diagnostics and press enter.
Refresh accessibility libraries is the second one down.

None at the moment. This machine had Norton Antivirus but I removed it since
I'm going to switch to AVG. I just haven't gotten around to that. I even
tried uninstalling and reinstalling WE and even that didn't fix the problem.

You could use virtual view to grab the screen and copy them to a document and
print it out.
If there are multiple screens you would need to run virtual view multiple times.
