I am using a win7 pc and WLM. I have forgotten how to save an email in the
“save” directory. I do know how to save to my hard drive. However, there have
been a couple of emails of late that I would like to save in the WLM saved
messages directory.

I recently have been having a similar problem using win7 on a 32bit machine.
Two things I discovered are:
1. After booting up and hearing all the start up sounds as you described, I
get no voice response.
2. If I press the control-numpad-5 I get a message something like

Unfortunately, The Shark got the government involved in purchasing their
product and so made it difficult for other screen reader programs to be as
well funded as VFO is. I suspect that because the government

After adjusting some settings for Window-Eyes 9.5.3 I have been finding the
heading “windw-eyes – explorerframe.set” when I alt-tab through the open
documents and directories. How can I close this so that it does not keep
appearing?

One additional thought to Vaughan's comments is that Microsoft does provide
WindowEyes with MS Word and that being true, it also may indicate further
improvements for Narrator in the future. Never liked the Shark!

I use WLM, however, I am not familiar with the term multi or category. I am
guessing it means multiple addresses in a list. Since I do not use such I
cannot be of help other than to suggest that you might call the the
Microsoft Disability Team and ask them how this can be done.
