Yes you can keep your current settings. ...You can disable entering a password
by right clicking on the windows logo, command prompt admin, type netplwiz,
your account will then show up, enter your password, enter it again, and then
that's it.

Hi Russ,
If you do a win 10 upgrade you will have all of your programs and
settings remain the same.
However, you need to disable the log on by doing the following:
