Zoomtext fusion (we version) acting strangely.

Ok, it's been a week or two since i've turned on my laptop. Had to do business on laptop a hour or so ago. Turns on laptop and has updates from app central, ok installs updates. All of a sudden i hear we start up sound and any time i do anything speech is talking random letters and numbers at me.
