Well at some point Microsoft is not going to support windows 7. There is no reason why they should as windows 10 is a free upgrade for windows 7 and up. At some point you will have to upgrade if you want to use apps and some newer programs. It is like all those people using xp at some point

The suggestion is that window-eyes auto read, every time the window(s) changes, the "title" of the window. Try hitting control-tab in any program with multiple windows and window-eyes will NOT read the window title. EVEN WHEN INSTRUCTED TO DO SO, automatically. I can have it read the title with
