Basically, I just let it take care of all found issues, and generally that does the job. But when you have performed a scan, there is a list of found issues, with checkboxes. I guess, unchecking some of them, will make the program skip these issues, but as I stated, I don't really bother much

Can you act upon the results? I currently have MalWare Bytes with which I have great difficulty acting on the results. I have been told you need sighted assistance for some of it. I don't have a problem using the mopuse keys, but I get frustrated the more sighted assistance is required.
