Cannot install window-eyes 9.3

I have tried to install 9.3 by downloading the file and then installing it and by checking for updates and then installing it. In either case it asks me if I will let this program change the user account ( UAC ) and I say yes and then nothing happens. I am using windowws 10 with window-eyes 9.2
