Seems to be an issue when alt-tabbing.
If you alt-tab away from the message and back you may lose that functionality.
For now reload Window-eyes.
Note: this doesn't always work but most of the time does.
We are aware of the issue with steps to reproduce it.

Hi,
One thing you can try to do is disable the lightning calendar extension.
I just did this and can't reproduce the loss of functionality when writing. Of
course, 2 minutes after I send this, who knows. (smile)

I'm not too sure just how this would apply to Windows 7 users, but a
quick and dirty way I have found to get the job done in Windows 8.1 is
to go to the task manager, and end the IE session. This method can be a
bit risky since you might end up undoing another task by mistake, but it

Hi Larry,
May I ask how you like Windows 8.1?
I know all Operating Systems have their problems, but I am thinking that
Win 7 seems to have too many. Since I have been looking at getting a
new system, I have the choice of getting Win 8.1 or Win 10. From what I
have learned of Win 10, I think

When I use the WE find (control + shift + F) and enter my search string, I hear

Hi, I wonder if anyone else has experienced this issue. When WE crashes I can't

Hello Everyone
I have now got Windows 10 installed and with WE working.
Just in case anyone else has a similar problem, this is what I did.
I used a Linux install disk, in trial mode. This allowed me to
delete the WE folder and the machine would then boot correctly. I
used narrator and

Hello,
I'm using WE 9.3 with windows 10 Pro 64 bit. I notice when running programs

The reload hot key, alt-control-w doesn't work in 8.4. this was added in 9.0.
Do you have some kind of scheduled task running at 4 am?
Perhaps an update or something.
You might take a look at task scheduler and see if there is anything set to run
