OSM-Tags dürfen ja so ziemlich alle Unicode-Zeichen enthalten. Es gab da ein
paar Fälle, wo Taginfo (http://taginfo.openstreetmap.de/) damit nicht richtig
umgehen konnte. Z.B. wenn ein '/' oder ein '=' in einem Key oder Value vorkam.

Das hilft nichts in URLs, weil die einen anderen Escape-Mechanismus verwenden.

josm sieht node mit tag und kümmert sich nicht um die umgebung (ist das ne
brücke?, geht da ne straße drüber?) sondern knallt einfach das icon hin. ist
ein editor und (noch?) kein renderer.

n?tzlich.
ich versuch das in meinem projekt einzubauen. ist aber nicht trivial, weil
dann hinter einem icon ja eine ganze gruppe (das cluster) steht. einfach
draufklicken und das edit-popup kommt dann, geht nicht mehr.
