We don't have a location to run a php-based website at the moment but we do have a server available and we can install the correct tools (webserver, etc) if someone is willing to do that...? As for the domain, just tell me where to point it and it's done. I could also just redirect welcome.osm.be

That would be really nice. Also, you can just use the tool to check the changesets. That way someone else (i.e. me) can send the community-invites much more quickly. I believe every new mapper in Belgium should get an invitation to join the local mailing list, the Forum, the meetup group, etc.

Hi, I just created a way to make it easy to welcome new Belgian mappers to the community. I made a draft welcome message (in Dutch) available here ( https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ekf8tDrCoBQ39mHfN3LgNeyWKbEDqwCsVH3nyp5b5gs/pub) and a self-updating archiving spreadsheet with the new members
