der outer war doppelt drin. genaugenommen, der way, der hier outer ist.
Hab ich mal rausgenommen. Zudem hab ich die tags von outer way (landuse und
name) an die Relation geheftet - das war aber nicht Ursache des Problems.
Ist so nur sauberer.
