In mid:1222411297.20130319140...@fastmail.fm I reported that after exiting TB! to copy extracted file, had to kill thebat process before could copy. this is not the first time I've had to do this. A reply suggested I was just too impatient and that it sometimes it took a long time for TB to close. Today, I started the download of 5.3.8.6, closed TB, went off and made a sandwich, ate a sandwich, then eventually came back to the computer to extract the file, and copy the file to the TB folder. I was unable to copy, and the task manager showed not one orphan TB process, but three. -- Dwight A. I have an old, near death, laptop, which has theBat installled. have a gmail account which is shared with a committee co-chair. He changed the password a couple of months ago. Evidently today was the first time that I fired up TB! since then. Looking at an unread mail, I tried to open it. I got no feedback, just no action. In the log it says !1/31/2013, 21:38:06: IMAP - Invalid credentials (Failure) as soon as I fixed the password, connection went smoothly. Back when this password was changed, I had a box pop up offering me an opportunity to provide a valid password. (gmail for android, k-9, the native iOS app on my iPad, thunderbird). preview pane
My preview pane has vanished. I have not been able to get it back. i generally run with a full height account tree, and read my mail in the preview pane. Suddenly it has vanished. I've tried switching to full height preview on the right, and on the left, as well as full width preview pane. It doesn't appear an any of those choice. In it's form on arrival many of the paragraphs where this happened finished with the color of the emphasized text.
