Maybe I didn't explain it clearly enough, but that is exactly what I
mean when I say that Use by ... should also and actually be UseD
(notice the D) by Use by =/=

View Mode you can open the Use by.. dialog to select the folder that
Present and past tenses make a difference, and so do singular and plural
:)
The quoted line should read folderS, because you can select more than
just one :-)
