Hi, I just emptied my trash folder, then did: purge and compress, the hourglass apeared and stayed on, for 10 minutes, no hd activity, had to ctrl alt del. I then tried to make a backup in the bat, backup stopped at 3% , again ctrl alt del . I tried several times , same result. I have
