There are not many things that I feel strongly about in The Bat! that are missing but this is one. If TB! is closed, the program who calls TB!, goes on stand-by and TB! becomes a SYSTEM process (seen by Task Manager). If TB! is open (so TB! runs as a user's process), it works fine. Yep I can do that, well both. Hmmm, I justed tested and found out that this setting *only* effects the message list, the folder tree is untouched by this setting. This seems to be correct (aka WAD), because the setting is called Options|Preferences|Messages and not Options|Preferences|Columns. So, I really do not know, how this setting fixed David's problem. Sorry I thought it had but I was wrong. :( -- Best regards, Davidmailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] pgp98Q7RJYlcH.pgp Description: PGP signature Current version is 4.0.18 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
Tree disappearing in Folder Tree
Hello TBUDL, Next problem with the Folder tree. I can get all my accounts to disappear off the left hand side. If I have the Folder tree with both scroll bars showing and I navigate with the left cursor back up through the tree when I get to the account and then press the left cursor everything disappears of the frame to the left. -- Best regards, David mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] pgpT21sawG7D8.pgp Description: PGP signature Current version is 4.0.18 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
Refilter Messages
Hello Tbudl, I am sure I could do this before but I have forgotten how. I always move my messages from one account back to the inbox. Now I am sure I could use to get these re-filtered by my inbox filters. How do I do that? -- Best regards, David mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] pgpNBThn7LEfu.pgp Description: PGP signature Current version is 4.0.18 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Sure, the computer does what you tell it. If you need to reset the Folder Tree back to visible, it is most probably some key in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat! that you can reset to a positive value. But I did not tell it to disappear. and I don't need to do that. What you have to do is use the scroll bar at the bottom. -- Best regards, Davidmailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] pgpH7yH6yfS0X.pgp Description: PGP signature Current version is 4.0.18 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

I would not want to burden the list with multiple out-of-office notices. (Yes, I aware that I can inhibit the delivery of mail altogether.) 2. If I can sent this out-of-office response only to individuals, is there some way to send this only in reponse to the first e-mail from that person and not subsequent e-mail? Well I am sure you could use to do it. The bit that I can not see is matching an address to an address book in the sorting office / filters. Thanks, but it is not clear which question you are answering. I really need to know how to set up out-of-office reply, plain and simple. The other two questions were secondary. Sorry it seamed unclear. The only bit of the chain needed to create what you want that I could not see is the bit where you activate a filter depending on if an address was in part of the address book. If I could see that then I would have given you a step by step. I am sure that you could use to do it, I think that I must be looking in the wrong place. -- Cheers David mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Thought for the day : Wide awake in dreamland. When you install/set-up Voyager, is there any way to export your current set-up with respect to accounts and templates? Well I am just about to do it as well so pointers would be useful. What I am planning on doing is. Backup existing accounts folders, well everything really. Restore from this backup to Voyager. Change the accounts to IMAP or leave messages on the server. Hopefully that should be it. Also, does it come with some inbuilt synchronize function or plug-in? Don't know. I would like to think so. -- Cheers David mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Thought for the day : Wide awake in dreamland.
