Re: Rogues and Smileys in Voyager
Hi Gmail_mcristina.ramos, I don't consider this off topic, so I crosspost my reply to TBUDL. :) On Sun, 11 Feb 2007 15:47:54 +GMT you wrote on TBOT: Gr> I guess this is a repeated question, but can anyone tell me whether Gr> we can use Rogues and Smileys in Voyager. Sure we can! :)) Just make sure to have your Images folder with the Rogues and Smileys copied to the Voyager directory on the stick, and it will work as with The Bat!. But there are two things you should keep in mind: Have an eye on the global.ini file in the Voyager directory. It adds lines about the MSL files for every time you start Voyager. https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?id=6167 Depending on your USB stick's capacity, it might be worthwhile to delete the superfluous lines. (I'm using Voyager on a 128MB stick...) And in case you open a message editor, it adds an entry to the registry of the host machine. https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?id=5515 As a matter of courtesy, I prefer to delete this key after using a friend's computer. -- Cheers Peter Oh Lord, give me patience. It may very well be that it can be turned off. I haven't dug too deep into TBird's settings yet - I only installed my actual Linux partition with Kanotix a few days ago. I turned off the default sending of HTML though. :)) And now, with the new beta of The Bat! present, I'm even more in a conflict which OS I should start... ;-) I'll check the blue lines next time I run TBird. :) For The Bat! I most definitely wish them to be optional, when there's any need for them at all. -- Cheers Peter The Bat! v3.96.01 :beta: on WinXP, SP2, 5, 1, build 2600, AMD Athlon 2200+ at 1794 MHz, 512 MB RAM Current version is 3.95.08 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

So does Mozilla Thunderbird, even on both sides of the text and it adds lines of different colors to other quote levels. Yes they are indeed. One from the MSI with the normal splash screen and smileys disabled, and one from the last beta RAR with the Christmas screen and smileys working. As a matter of fact, both show 3.95.8 as the version number, lacking the zero... -- Cheers Peter Current version is 3.95.08 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
