mean %SIGNCOMPLETE or %ENCRYPTCOMPLETE ? If that is the case, then
they both work with the internal and external version of PGP.
Have you checked that you have set the options correctly within TB ?

Even if you change the client and traverse through an Exchange server,

Hi,
I have an intermittent problem which is driving me nuts. Sometimes
when I reply to a message (or a post here) the editor comes up as
usual but with no quoted material from the message I am replying to.

they just plain text files, it would be easy ... but because it's in
potentially encoded formats (and in PDF because those can be images) it's
nearly impossible.
