I'd like to prepare some short excerpts of melodies for a kind of "harmony handbook" (don't take it as a real based on Italian pop songs. What do you think is the best way to build examples with a small page size (I'd have six bars at most), and with plain chords added below for the midi version?

i use something as: w180m h257m and \\voffset=-10mm\hoffset=-10mm\ for adapting the margins You can not use \\hsize=180mm\vsize=257mm\ because the spreading algorithm of pmx uses the (default) w.. and h... values I suppose (i have not tested it) it is possible to have all the sheets with the sam
