I am also interested in multi-column displays. At a minimum, we would have
a button to add a new story column, and the ability to drag and drop
tiddlers between columns.
There's also the slightly simpler idea of a story view that stacks tiddlers

But isn't there always one Tiddler that TW5 sees as Current?
Yes, TW5 keeps track of the tiddler that you last navigated to. But that
doesn't change as you scroll.
To do what you're asking, we'd have to add some mechanism to keep track of
which tiddlers in the story are visible.

Hi Jeremy,
I'd like to have some select widgets on the same line with text.
And then I want to use the variables that are set by the selects to create
a tiddler with Stephan's newtiddler widget.
I think I'll make some trials with listselect widget from Stepnan.

Hi Ton
I love your toggle read-only solution!!.
I was wondering if it is possible to create a global class which could be
used to hide individual elements in read-only mode.
(I'd like to hide individually selected tabs from the right menu and
textpassages from individual tiddlers...)
(Sth.
I would also like to be able to hide the ... (AdvancedSearch link) from
the normal search box...

Hi Peter
Were you upgrading to 5.0.8 from TiddlyWiki Classic? I'd recommend running

Thanks Jeremy,
Yes, I did upgrade from Classic. I just moved to 5.0.10 as suggested
(formatting still not working) so I just copied and pasted the tiddles one
by one and re-formatted. Fiddly, but it worked.
Thanks.

Its an experimental zoomable user interface.
If you want to see it in action, go to tiddlywiki.com sidebar tools,
and change the Current view to cecily.
