I'd be interested to how how you are extracting this data. For the Thunderbolt GPSDO, search for the words leap second in the ThunderBoltBook2003.PDF document. Packet 0x8F-AC. I think all GPS timing receivers have a similar feature. Some receivers wait until the beginning of the month before
