Try rebooting Touch, it should just see the port on SBS. My SBS assigned port is 9010 and I've never had an issue connecting to SBS server with four different SB players, including a Touch. I've never had to tell my players which port to use or look for. -- toby10 --

I have qnap ts-119II and i have this kind of problems only with hires files. 119II has 1.2GHz cpu and 512MB RAM, it is just enough for sbs. Try to turn off all services on Qnap which you don't need or use, leave only sbs. A faster hd with 64MB cache can also help. -- praganj ---
