colour to green, no problem.

Sometimes helps:
Remove power from your Touch
Shutdown your laptop.
Reboot your router, ensure router if fully up.
Start your laptop and LMS.
Power up your Touch.

Well the Touch is definitely connected to your network.
If it were mine, I'd factory reset and run through setup again.
Press and hold the tiny button above the Touch's power in

Home screen > Settings > Screen > Screensavers > When stopped > chose
which screen you want to see when stopped from the options.
Also check that the "Delay" isn't set to say 30 mins > Home screen >
Settings > Screen > Screensavers > Delay.
To reboot the Touch short press the tiny button just

All seems to be in order.
If it were me, I'd press the tiny reset button on the back of the Touch
(above the power socket), and go through setup again.

Reboot router, let fully start.
Restart server machine, and ensure LMS is running.
Power up Touch.
