I am able to turn Bluetooth on, but after a few seconds it turns off
automatically again. Only after a reboot of my laptop I am able turn

1. I've tried debugging kernel boot option other than nomodeset but it did not
work, it shows started all the services and then pause there, no process after
then.
2. I've installed kernel 4.16 and 4.17 but it also didn't work and I have to
boot up with nomodeset option.

What I did was a fresh install of the Ubuntu because I needed the laptop
