Thanks for the log. Looking at the log, PulseAudio seems to do the right
thing. It first tests input:multichannel, which succeeds, then
output:multichannel, which also succeeds, but when then trying full

Thanks, I attached the logs you requested. With 1.11.9-0ubuntu1 the
problem presists. I don't know when exactly it started but it happend
relatively recently. It might be a issue with the setup of X done by
lightdm, because when I launch my session via gdm I don't see this

commands cannot be run simultaneously.
Since SEVERAL ifupdown pre/post scripts do need to make reentrant calls

Yes, I know what a symbols file is. But the requirements don't mention
one. So, what am I supposed to actually do? Build the library, run nm
over it and then post the symbols file here?
It's simply that I don't understand what I am expected to do.

Only snap-decisions are meant to be dismissable via swipe. Who connected
this bug to branch lp:~macslow/unity8/swipe-dismiss-snap-decisions ?
I do not agree with the current state of solution. The design-document
explicitly states only snap-decision notifications to be dismissable
(via swipe).

https://wiki.debian.org/UsingSymbolsFiles on how to generate a starting
symbols file.
But basically yes, build the library then run a tool to generate the
symbols file. Then please pass the patch to Debian because we don't
really want
