Since there was long time ago kind of decision not to use any abstract
database layer like SQLAlchemy and many plugins and Trac code itself
contains hardcoded SQL queries which are not necessarily compatible with
Oracle.

I've restricted component owner as a list, but is there way to remove
old, non existing users from that list using webui? (I think they hang
in session tables)
It's very annoying to have old names that doesn't exists as a selectable.

I had set of plugins enabled in global 0.10 configuration. After upgrade
to 0.11 all plugins appear in webadmin as disabled state.
Is this something by design?
How to fix that?
