Hey everyone, I don't know if it's possible or not, I downloaded a game from a website that comes in a swf file. Trying to open it with VLC didn't gave me the expected result... Is if possible to play these games in Trisquel 8? Using only free software of course. Thanks.

Thanks for the clarification. I understand now. I noticed that some of the levels are probably poorly coded because even with graphics level at 1, it drops frames. But in most of them I can use maximum graphics and still play just fine :)

Thanks guys. Well, it's truth that I see Software Freedom as a way to the end of Software Security, and not as an end by itself. To that end if I really must use a swf file I will gnash and protect it with FIrejail just to be on the safe side. But better yet I will avoid using it. Thanks

Did you upgrade to Trisquel 8? Does it still fail? Usually HP printers work better with free software. Also, try checking h-node, maybe there is some info on your device.
