Good points there David, which I notice a lot of people don't consider
when dismissing the benefits of an app vs web.
Another point is the better offline capabilities of a native app. I'm a
lot of people on Vodafone over here in Australia (myself include) can
understand the importance of this.

You might want to watch out for some issues with permissions being set
incorrectly within a couple of the packages in 10.3.9. These cause an upgrade
to fail. This has been addressed with U2 Support. This might not be a problem
on a clean install rather than an upgrade.

I don't know how widely used it is yet.
I have not seen a rash of complaints about 11.1.
We are currently on 10.2.10 / Windows and contemplating migrating to Linux.
