At any rate, Ubuntu won't apply your number-of-sides patch before Gutsy
anyway, we'll be lucky if we get the Desktop Effects cube unbroken and
working as intended in a Feisty update

I also have an ATI Radeon card that requires the proprietary ATI fglrx
driver, and beryl won't work because of the missing beryl-xgl. I
downloaded beryl-xgl from a non-stadard repository to make things work.
That shouldn't be necessary.
Please fix this bug which has been known since at least
This is likely a duplicate of bug #48355 'partitioner should warn about
too small disk while autopartitioning'. If you could attach log files as
described in http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingUbiquity/AttachingLogs we
would better be able to determine if that is the case. Thanks.

it's not another issue!
Sorry, I mixed this up with a bug that is about backspace not going to
previous page in history.
Thanks,

I have exactly the same problem. Firefox 2.0.4 with flash 9
(flashplugin-nonfree) crashes when I close a tab with a flashmovie on
youtube. I have an Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe motherboard with integrated
audio. lsmod also shows that snd-hda-intel is loaded. (this bug is
really, really annoying)

Looks like you ran out of disk space during the install. Likely dupe of
bug #48355. Without the requested log files we can't know for sure,
however. Closing bug.
