I also have an HP ENVY 14 with switchable graphics (ATI HD5650/Intel

command line (have not tired module assistant) and now have functional
Wifi on my fujitsu amilo pro v3505 laptop.
After loading the module I can use Fn-F10 to switch wifi on and off.

Installed Ubuntu server 11.04 amd64 on an Intel D510MO with Uefi enabled
on a 2TB harddisk, no boot.
The installer installs grub-pc in the last stage of the installation.
Because the disc is to big for regular boot it will be unbootable ev

I've been having problems with both the battery percentage indication
and charging.
If no OS is not loaded(bios): Battery percentage and estimated time are
accurate, and battery always charges back to 100%
If windows is loaded: Battery percentage and estimated time are accur

Hi,
I've released totally patched up source package to my PPA, that is
ppa:cogito-16/ppa. However this release is for Natty only.It's patched up for
kernel 2.6.38, so I don't know if it would work for older Ubuntu releases such

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem with Shift-F11 and Shift-F12.
I also have 12 workspaces, and used Shift-F1 through Shift-F12 to switch
to the specified workspace. Shift-F1 through Shift-F10 work; Shift-F11
and Shift-F12 apparently do nothing.
They stopped working immediately on upgrade
Same here. After upgrading to 11.04 boot process freezes for two
minutes:

I tried my own suggestions this evening and installed Ubuntu 11.04.
Specifying sound card model "dell-vostro" did not help at all, neither
did trying one of the other ones as well. Strangely, there where no
changes in available options in alsamixer too.
