My resolution under GNOME is 1280x1024x60Hz (infor from LCD monitor). During boot, resolution is 1024x768x60Hz. It should be OK, but I see only a black screen. I see not synchronised signal, when I switch to console screen (CTRL+F1, F2...) From this sign I guess I have some problem with my video

Since this bug can be reproduced by the reporter with both console and usplash and since it changing values in /etc/usplash.conf does not fix anything, I set the bug report to confirmed. Also since it blocks access to consoles with a specific graphic card, I set status to Medium. usplash is

LCury : Thanks for the confirmation! That means that you problem was the pretty-popular bug 150930 (ubiquity which install wrong values in /etc/usplash.conf in Gutsy). I'm glad to see that it's fixed for you now. Hardy should install correct values in the final release so this bug won't appears
