To be completely thorough here, `libhmsbeagle` needs either `mesa-
opencl-icd` or some package that can provide `opencl-icd`. `pocl-opencl-
icd` used to build on riscv64 and then fulfilled this dependency but
some recent changes broke this package (currently investigating).

FYI, I was being hit by this and the issue disappeared once I updated
the firmware on those NICs to 14.31.1014. The problematic firmware
version I had was 14.26.1040. Not only did I see those errors, but I
actually saw traffic being dropped.

I finally managed to get it to install (using minimal) on the 6th try. The
only thing I did differently was watch the logs and not click any buttons

Would it also make sense to backport to all still-supported LTS releases?
