I have same bug with Alternate i386 CD of Release Candidate 9.04

I have Intrepid Ibex 2.6.27-7-generic kernel. Since upgrade to Intrepid, I
cannot access samba folders.
My samba server is 2.0 (shipped with OpenWrt). I am mounting with simple fstab
line:
//asus-router/torrents /mnt/torrents smbfs

Sorry for the late response, but I think that this would be better to
use, if possible:
Instead of:
40: please restart it.\n\n
Use:
40: please restart your machine.\n\n
The reason for this is because it just sounds more natural and longer
sentences seem to sound better sometimes. :)

may be its accidental
but problem apears every time i'm booted from windows used on same machine
if i just pover on cold machime with ubuntu - i have no problems with network
i can fix network for couple of minutes using ip ro del/add commands:
