I switched on XGL and it was happening, now i've turnt it off and
removed the NVIDIA driver and the problem went away.

Note the mount directory (usually /media/disk)
Restart the computer without unmounting or removing the drive
Note that the old mount directory is still there, but the drive is now mounted
in the new directory (usually /media/disk-1)
Thoggen seems to default to ~/Videos now when you look for the path to
save the file. If you leave the name of the file as it is, the directory
remains to be ~/

It does sound like a good idea, but the reasoning behind the last

I have found what was happening, it was a stale .lock file, when i ran
'gpg' command it just sat there saying waiting for the lock PID-
number, when i have checked with ps -Al i could see that there was no
process with the id number it has specified.

Open the attached file in VLC.
What happens:
You hear *almost* entire file, about a second at the end is not heard.
The problem doesn't happen with totem or other players, so it's not a file
issue.
What i expect to happen:
I want the entire file to be played.

On this one i would say that it's not a bug it's a feature. Paused video
is still playing technically, so the screen saver should not activate.

Take a look at the dia file in the attached archive. Note that in the right
block the formula uses non-breaking space, while the right block's formula has
just regular spaces.
Try to export this dia into SVG (it doesn't matter which one).
