secured WiFi networks, not open ones. It seemed plausible that they are
related, as the password for the WiFi network needs to be retrieved
somewhere (the keyring, I assumed). But I will report a different bug

I disabled all extensions but ubuntu-dock (I need to be able to click on
the grid apps icon to trigger the bug). The delay it still there. Also,
it seems to happen under X11 and under Wayland.

also with Intel iGPU, but lower resolution screen (1366x768) and the

20.04. On this system animations should be smooth and at 60fps, but this is not

Invisible mouse cursor on login screen

Frequently, but not always, the mouse cursor is invisible in the login
screen. I can move it, as when passing over a button it lights up, but I
can't see where the cursor is.
Also, I don't know if related, after logging in and immediately before
the desktop is shown, the
Resolved, but I can close the bug, the problem were 2 dkms.conf from
nvidia packages and one was empty... I replaced the empty file and
worked...

empezando a revisar y borrar archivos vacios, entonces ahi aparecio el

Still happpening in Ubuntu 18.04. Maybe not that important now that
wayland is not the de default session, but nonetheless worth of fixing I

I just got the whole mesa stack updated, including libgl1-mesa-glx (ver
18.0.0~rc4-1ubuntu3) and I still don't have gl acceleration, only llvm
pipe. Are there any other packages on hold?

An update to my laptop's BIOS completely borked my Ubuntu 17.10
installation and I had to upgrade to Ubuntu 18.04 dev.
I don't think I can test the new kernel :/

I ended up updating to Ubuntu 18.04 dev. An update to the BIOS of my
laptop made it completely unstable to the point of not booting most of
the time. Ubuntu 18.04 seems to work fine so far.

Maybe we are facing different bugs. In my case, it does boot, but it
hangs shortly after. If I hurry, I am even able to log in to the
desktop.
