I've applied the -8-generic kernel and backport modules from -proposed. It solves the constant scheduling from the idle thread! but I still got one scheduling while atomic, and a couple of attaching NULL sched-domains. I haven't tried it after a resume, I'll do that tonight. dmesg logs attached.
