I believe the Wayland option gets removed automatically if the login
screen itself failed to start using "Wayland".

Setting the orientation of my second monitor in `nvidia-settings` works
correctly (panning and tracking are not enabled).
Here's the output of `xrandr` after rotating my second monitor in
`nvidia-settings`:

I have had it numerous times overnight. I have 2 external displays

in Ubuntu fails to identify the changed layout when shortcuts (Ctrl + C,
Ctrl + X, Ctrl + V etc) are pressed. For example, Ctrl + X makes text

I've give a try to your test kernel and I confirm it resolve the display
blackout. Great !
Unfortunately I've found a bug while I close the session. Just closing the
session freeze the desktop during at leat 2 minutes; when I shutdown it take
also a long time with just black screen

Actually, I was using policy_version: 1 until I upgraded the fscrypt
package to be recent enough to include support for policy_version: 2.
Everything I've tried so far works fine with the new policies. That
includes refreshing snaps and mounting my home directory into a lxd
container.
