You need to change the pacjage to 'linux' (ubuntu) first
and try the apport collect command again, then it will pull
the relevant info from your system/kernel

Could you try to boot with secureboot disabled and update your system
to latest, aka kernel 5.4.0-54-generic and see if your issue still persist?

Same problem here. Here are my observations, which match the behavior
already described.
- To reproduce: Insert YubiKey, start Chromium, attempt login (nothing happens
when tapping on YubiKey), replug YubiKey, attempt login (now it works).
