btrfs to span or raid across them both.
BTRFS is really easy to add or subtract a disk. Grub2 has no problem with it
and I can still boot after the disk has been added and balanced.

I have a similar problem with a different scanner. The Epson GT-S80.
When I choose Doublesided scanning also Invalid Argument.

The number is 6000 but the increment rockers hide the last 3 000's showing only

Now 6 months further, using installer 14.04.3 LTS and this bug still
exists. I am able to reproduce it with the exact same installation
method. Using the latest version of Virtual Box (Windows 7 - 64-bit

Solved by using the proprietary non-free driver from eGalax
http://www.eeti.com.tw/drivers_Linux.html
OpenSource and multiple displays where one is a touchscreen still don't
get along very well yet.
